§ 4-259. Release of assurance.

Latest version.

Upon completion of the approved improvements, the developer shall:
(1)

Provide to the city a certification from an engineer duly registered in the state that the improvements have been constructed and completed in substantial conformity to the approved plans and specifications; and

(2)

Apply for the release of the assurance of completion document.
