§ 4-260. Release of assurance; conditions.

Upon receipt of a certification of completion and application for release, the building official or the city council's designee, shall provide a recommendation to the city council as to whether a release should be given. The city council may then release the assurance of completion document, with or without conditions based upon the circumstances.
