§ 4-347. Developments completed in phases.

In the case of developments completed in phases, the developer may meet the dedication or conveyance requirements of this Land Development Code by initially dedicating or conveying property sufficient to meet the total requirements of all phases, provided that the areas so dedicated must be designed to serve all such phases of the development and that such a dedication is approved by the city council.
