§ 4-294. Assurances of completion required with application for release.

Latest version.

The developer shall, upon application for release of the required assurance of completion of improvements document, provide one of the following documents for the purpose of guaranteeing the workmanship and materials of improvements to be maintained by the city after the one-year trial period:
(1)

A maintenance (surety) bond.

(2)

A letter of credit.

(3)

An escrow agreement.

(4)

A cash bond.

(5)

Any similar document or assurance technique.
