§ 4-189. Building official may waive.

The building official or the city council's designee may waive record plat requirements provided that such waiver is in compliance with F.S. ch. 177 and that adequate internal rights-of-way, easements, and necessary improvements are provided and not dedicated or otherwise conveyed to the public.
