§ 4-219. Designation on preliminary plan; number of lots; limit for phased development.

(a)

All model center locations shall be designated on the preliminary plan by the developer or his successor in interest.

(b)

The total number of lots designated for use as a model center shall not exceed ten percent of the total number of lots approved by the preliminary plan. The developer or his successor in interest shall be allowed a minimum of two lots for model center use.

(c)

Model centers shall be restricted to one center per phase for phased development and shall be clustered in one area as opposed to scattered throughout the development.
