§ 4-53. Conformance to preliminary plan and Code provisions.

The stormwater management plan and report for any portion of a proposed development shall substantially conform with the preliminary plans or preliminary site plans as approved. The stormwater management plan and report shall fully conform to the provisions of this Land Development Code and the comprehensive plan and all other city land development regulations not explicitly altered by the stipulations.
