§ 4-25. Preapplication conference.

Although not required, a developer is encouraged to confer with the city building official prior to the preparation of development plans, in order to familiarize the city with the intent of the developer to become familiar with the requirements of this Land Development Code and the comprehensive plan and to determine which review procedure must be followed.
