§ 2-150. Nonconforming use constituting a nuisance.

Irrespective of other provisions of this Land Development Code, a nonconforming use shall not be continued if, by reason of odors, noxious fumes, smoke, noise or otherwise, it becomes a nuisance to residents of adjoining lands.
